Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how HashCoreAI ("we", "us") handles your information in the HashCoreAI Games website (games.hashcoreai.com), including the arcade hub and the web games it hosts (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account information — if you choose to sign in, our authentication provider (Google Firebase Authentication) gives us your email address, display name, profile photo and a unique account ID. With Sign in with Apple you may choose to hide your email (a private relay address is used instead).
Game progress & settings — your progress, unlocked content and preferences are stored on your device using browser local storage. If account sync is active for a game, the synced data is also stored against your account.
Hosting and security data — Google Firebase Hosting may process standard request data such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security signals to deliver and protect the Service.
Purchases & wallet — if you buy tokens, our payments provider (RevenueCat, using Stripe for payment processing) processes the payment and returns a transaction record (product, amount, time and a transaction ID). We store your token balance, entitlements and a purchase/spend ledger against your account. We never receive or store your card details — those are handled directly by the payment processor.

2. How we use it

To provide sign-in and keep you logged in on the web.
To save and restore your game progress.
To process purchases and maintain your token balance, unlocks and purchase/spend ledger across our games.
To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
To supply display advertising and measure advertising delivery and interactions.

3. Advertising

The Service does not display third-party advertising. Display advertising that previously appeared on eligible web pages was removed on 18 July 2026, and no advertising scripts, cookies or identifiers are loaded by the Service. 4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that run the Service on our behalf:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore and Hosting) — Firebase privacy.
Apple (Sign in with Apple, if you use it) — Apple privacy.
RevenueCat (purchase validation, if you make a purchase) — RevenueCat privacy.
Stripe (payment processing for web purchases) — Stripe privacy.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep account data while your account exists. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the arcade account menu (Account → Delete account), or by following these instructions — this removes your account, token balance, entitlements and wallet ledger. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the relevant local storage or clear browser site data. Records of completed purchases/refunds may be retained by us and our payment providers for as long as required by law (tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations), even after account deletion.

6. Children

The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the "Last updated" date above and provide any further notice required by law.
