SWARMBREAKER — Privacy Policy

This policy explains how HashCoreAI ("we", "us") handles your information in SWARMBREAKER on iOS, Android and the web (CrazyGames, itch.io demo). SWARMBREAKER is a free game with optional rewarded ads and optional in-app purchases. Where this page differs from the general HashCoreAI Games policy, this page applies to SWARMBREAKER.

1. Data stored on your device

Your progress (runs, coins, Units, gear, characters, settings), a random device identifier and a random public "arena ID" are stored on your device (app storage on mobile, browser storage on the web). Nothing here identifies you personally.

2. Accounts and cloud save (optional)

You start as an anonymous guest (a random account ID created by Firebase Authentication, Google LLC). If you choose to, you can link the account to an e-mail address, to Sign in with Apple (iOS), to Google Play Games (Android) or to your CrazyGames account (web). From those providers we receive only the account identifier, a display name and — if you grant it — your e-mail address; we never receive passwords. Your progress and your arena scores are stored in Firebase Realtime Database so they can follow you across devices. Two devices can also be linked with a temporary 6-character code that lives 10 minutes, is single-use and contains no personal data.

3. Advertising

Mobile (iOS/Android) — ads are served by Google AdMob (Google LLC): rewarded videos you choose to watch and an occasional interstitial between runs. AdMob may process the device advertising identifier (only with your consent), device information (model, OS, language, approximate country from IP) and ad interactions, to serve, cap and measure ads. In the EU/EEA/UK and other regions that require it, consent is collected through Google's User Messaging Platform when the game starts; on iOS tracking is requested separately through App Tracking Transparency. You can decline — the game works the same with non-personalised ads. You can review or withdraw consent at any time from ACCOUNT → PRIVACY OPTIONS in the game (where the platform requires it), and on iOS from Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Buying Remove Ads removes interstitials; rewarded ads stay optional.
Web (CrazyGames) — ads and gameplay events go through the CrazyGames SDK under CrazyGames' own privacy policy. The itch.io demo shows no ads.

4. Purchases

On mobile, Units packs and Remove Ads are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment is processed entirely by the store; we never see or store your payment details. We keep only the fact that a purchase was granted (a store transaction identifier) so it is never granted twice or lost.

5. Analytics

We use GameAnalytics (GameAnalytics ApS) to understand how the game is played: session start/end, run start/win/loss per chapter, ads watched, purchases (amount and currency, no payment details), device type, OS, approximate country (from IP) and an installation identifier. Where the law requires it, analytics are sent only after consent.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the providers that run the game on our behalf:

7. Retention and deletion

Local data stays on your device until you delete the app or clear site data. Cloud data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and its cloud save at any time from ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT in the game (mobile), or by e-mailing us — see also delete your account. Purchase records may be retained by us and the stores as required by law.

8. Children

SWARMBREAKER is intended for players aged 12 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age.

9. Your rights

Depending on your region (GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA and others) you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above will change and we will give any further notice the law requires.
