Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HashCoreAI Games — the arcade hub and web games at games.hashcoreai.com (the "Service"), provided by HashCoreAI. By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

HashCoreAI Games is a collection of original casual games. The games are free to play. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time. Some games load over the internet, so a connection is required to play them.

2. Accounts

You may play as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple to save progress. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time (Account → Delete account, or see here).

3. Acceptable use

Don't cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Don't use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

4. Tokens and purchases

Tokens and other virtual items have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed outside the Service. Token purchases are processed by RevenueCat using Stripe. Prices, contents and availability are shown before checkout. We do not receive or store your card details.

5. Advertising

The Service does not display third-party advertising. Display advertising that previously appeared on eligible web pages was removed on 18 July 2026. For questions, contact contact@hashcoreai.com.

6. Intellectual property

All games, artwork, audio, code and branding in the Service are owned by HashCoreAI and protected by law. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that progress will always be preserved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashCoreAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms (we'll revise the date above) and may suspend or terminate access that violates them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
